A bit more about us
Fresh free range eggs are collected from Rob, a local 'happy hen' farmer only a few miles away.
Fruit and vegetables are organically sourced. If our 60 year old apple trees are no longer moulting, Clive's mini orchard behind me probably still is!
We use the purest and finest ingredients, including non-aluminised salt and baking powders.
Only flours sourced from reputable and certified suppliers in line with the Codex Standard of less than 20ppm gluten enter our bakery; rice, potato, tapioca, maize and buckwheat, not forgetting gram and polenta to name just a few.
Almost all of our products are lactose, soya and dairy free (unless otherwise stated.)
Our bakery does not handle nuts or source ingredients that may have been at risk to any cross-contamination.
We are a nut free bakery.
In fact the only nut in contact with these products is the one who made them!
